People book airbnbs based on what they see. I want to capture your airbnb in the best way possible to enhance your listing and increase bookings and price.

What’s included

I want my clients to have the absolute best. For that reason, I give co-usage rights to all photos taken during the session. The photos can be used in any way; for advertisement or as content on social media. Clients will receive the images back via an online gallery with a shareable link where the images can be downloaded and are sized perfectly for online use within two weeks of the session.

I have many options available to hosts to best capture their Airbnbs. The most basic option is a full listing of images that includes the interior, exterior, and amenities photos. While this is a great start, it does not have the same lived-in feel that inspires people to book with you over others who have the same amenities and options. For that reason, many hosts opt to add on my lifestyle option which is a great way to boost your Airbnb listing to the next level and bring it to life.

If you are looking for content for social media, I can also provide video of the stay of my family using the amenities as well as video footage of the main rooms and exterior of the home. Reels are by far the best way to get your Airbnb visibility and this option gives you videos to use however you’d like.

Includes:

Full Listing + Lifestyle (most popular)

Includes:
- Lifestyle images with my wife and two kids using your spaces and amenities for a more lived-in and unique feel
- A full listing worth of images that includes the exterior, interior, amenities, and some details
- Images returned via an online gallery within two weeks of the shoot
- Rights to post and use images however you like for advertising purposes
- Captured over the course of five days (four nights) to give the best opportunity for ideal conditions and unique images that are not possible in a single day

Social Media + Everything Else

Includes:
- 15-20 vertical short form videos for social media of people using the spaces and amenities as well as video of major rooms
- Lifestyle images with my wife and kids using your spaces and amenities for a more lived-in and unique feel
- A full listing worth of images that includes the exterior, interior, amenities, and some details
- Images returned via an online gallery within two weeks of the shoot
- Rights to post and use images however you like for advertising purposes
- Captured over the course of five days (four nights) to give the best opportunity for ideal conditions and unique images that are not possible in a single day

The not-so-fine print

Travel is calculated using the 2025 IRS standard mileage rate of $0.70 per mile round trip. I am based out of Spokane, WA.

The travel fee is collected up-front as a deposit to hold the date(s) of the session. The final portion of payment is to be made after the session is completed but before any content is returned.
